This website is operated by LabSports. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to LabSports.

By accessing our site and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all referenced policies (returns, shipping, privacy, etc.).

2. USE OF THE SITE

You represent that:

  • you will use this site in a lawful and compliant manner

Any fraudulent or abusive use will result in the immediate suspension of access.

3. ORDERS AND PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities purchased
  • modify or withdraw a product without notice

Products may be available in limited quantities.

4. CUSTOM PRODUCTS (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

All custom products are considered final sales.

  • choice of flex, curve, length
  • custom name, number, or design

No cancellation, refund, or exchange will be accepted once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The customer acknowledges that:

  • the product is made to order
  • production timelines may vary

👉 A production delay does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or billing errors.

Payments must be complete and valid before the order is processed.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do not guarantee that all information on the site is accurate, complete, or current at all times.

7. SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • production
  • the carrier
  • circumstances beyond our control

LabSports cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making purchases.

Any false information may result in the cancellation of the order.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

We may offer external links or tools.
We are not responsible for their content, operation, or accuracy.

10. COMMENTS AND CONTENT

You agree that any content submitted (reviews, messages, suggestions) may be freely used by LabSports without compensation.
