Shipping policy

At LabSports, we are committed to ensuring fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all orders.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard products:
    Shipped within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.
  • Custom products:
    Custom orders require a production lead time.
    👉 Lead time may vary between 4 and 15 weeks before shipping.

The customer acknowledges and accepts these lead times at the time of purchase.

2. CARRIERS

We use recognized carriers:

  • GLS
  • Purolator
  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • Post

The carrier is selected based on the destination and the best available service.

3. ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number is automatically sent by email as soon as the order ships.

👉 It is the customer's responsibility to track their package using this number.

LabSports is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • the destination
  • the carrier
  • external conditions (weather, volume, etc.)

👉 Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. LOCAL DELIVERY

A hand-delivery option is available in:
📍 Victoriaville and surrounding areas

Arrangements will be confirmed with the customer after the order is placed.

6. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the package weight
  • the destination
  • the chosen delivery method

These fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

7. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address
  • Any package returned due to an address error or failure to claim may be reshipped at the customer's expense

8. LOSS, THEFT, OR DELIVERY DISPUTE

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier:

  • LabSports is not responsible for loss or theft
  • The customer must contact the carrier with the tracking number

👉 However, we will work with the customer to open an investigation if necessary.

9. CUSTOMS AND TAXES (OUTSIDE CANADA)

For all international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • LabSports is not responsible for these fees or for delays related to customs

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a purchase, the customer accepts this shipping policy in its entirety.
